Here are a few simple steps to planning your exhibit space:

Step 1: Select your booth Global Convention Services will be setting up our Expo again this year. Please review the Option Forms and choose your booth! If you would like additional items please order from the Rental Equipment and Specialty Items form.

Step 2: Review and sign the Exhibitor Contract List your staff members who will be attending and the publishing houses or organizations that you represent. Remember to review the terms and conditions and complete the payment options for the booth that you have chosen in step 1.

Step 3: Ship your Merchandise Schenker of Canada Limited is the Official Customs Broker, Transportation and On-Site Material Handling Company for Congress 2012. We request that all exhibitors contact Schenker prior to shipping to request on-site material handling services at show site. For transportation services, use the Request for Transportation Quote.  Schenker will provide a written quote based on the shipment weight and dimensions. Schenker provides advance warehousing for your exhibition shipment. If you are an international exhibitor, please use the Canada Customs Invoice. Once you are ready to use Schenker’s services, fill out the Order Form

Step 4: Be discovered! There are many great Marketing Opportunities. Be part of our Conference program, be visible on our website and be discovered by over 7,000 attendees.

Step 5: Hire a Student Your booth needs to be staffed at all times during Expo business hours! Hire a student to help set up and tear down your booth, promote and sell your merchandise.
