Together the Canadian Federation for the Humanities and Social Sciences, Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Waterloo are committed to improving the accessibility of Congress for delegates with disabilities.

If you identify as a person with a disability and require accommodations (such as alternative formats for written materials, oral interpretation, assistance wheeling long distances, access to quiet spaces etc.) in order to fully participate in Congress, you are encouraged to let organizers know well in advance of Congress.

When registering online, please fill out the Accessibility Needs and Information questionnaire.
